 RMT

As a massage therapist, my goal is to continually learn and incorporate new training and therapies to improve patient treatments. Some of the training I have taken since graduating in 2006 are: Chinese Cupping Therapy, German Auricular Acupuncture, RAPID Neurofascial Reset, Myofascial Release and level 1 Anatomy Trains, Gua Sha, Facial Cupping, Acupuncture and Aromatherapy. All of my studies and training allow for unique and effective treatments for each of my patients.

In addition to my practice, I am a part-time instructor at the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy. This allows me to keep up to date on the most recent developments within the massage community.

As a massage therapist, my goal is to help treat my patients in the most effective manner.  Since graduating in 2004 I have continued to study new techniques, the most recent being Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, German Auricular Acupuncture, Thai yoga massage and Indian Head Massage.  It is through these various types of therapies that I am able to bring a unique element to each of my treatments making them effective for my patients.

Osteopath

As a Registered Manual Osteopath (RMO), my treatment objective is to facilitate your body’s own healing processes in a gentle, holistic and effective manner. This is achieved by creating a tailored treatment plan and employing a variety of research based therapies and techniques specifically selected with your unique need(s) in mind.

I began my therapeutic learning journey with a Diploma In Reflexology (2012) followed up by a Diploma in Osteopathic Manual Practice (2015). Since then I have endeavoured to continue to seek out and study additional proven therapies, methods and modalities (such as RAPID Neurofascial Reset, Neural Structural Integration, Neural Reset Therapy, Cupping, Fascial Release based on Anatomy Trains and Ear Reflexology) in order to efficiently alleviate acute pain, decrease/manage chronic pain and improve movement, as well as, increase relaxation, health and wellness so you can enjoy an improved quality of life.
